COVID-19: Electri-Serve Statement to Customers

Thank you for calling Electri-Serve and for scheduling an appointment with one of our electricians.

We want to share with you the actions we are taking during the COVID-19 pandemic to help keep our employees and our customers safe.

First and foremost, our employees understand that they are not to report to work if they or anyone with whom they are in close contact demonstrates symptoms of COVID-19.

Additionally, our employees are required to follow all guidelines that will help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This includes:

  • Maintaining physical distance of six feet between themselves and other people.
  • Wearing a face mask when working inside or in proximity to other people.
  • Wearing gloves.
  • Frequent handwashing and use of hand sanitizer as job site conditions allow.

In return, if you or anyone in your home is not well, please re-schedule your appointment.

If you or anyone with whom you live or are in regular contact has recently returned from traveling abroad, please re-schedule your appointment.

Please know that our employees are ALWAYS empowered to immediately leave the job site if they feel the environment is unsafe for them or their co-workers. If this happens,

— our employees are instructed to return to their vehicle and immediately call the office so that we are aware of the situation, and

— we will communicate with you directly and as quickly as possible.

This is a difficult time for all of us. We share your concerns and we want to do everything possible to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to keep all of us safe.
